Data Deletion Instructions

Disconnect a social account

1. Sign in to CraftFeed.
2. Open Social Media Accounts.
3. Choose the connected Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or X account.
4. Select Disconnect and confirm the action.

Disconnecting prevents future CraftFeed API requests using that connection. You can also revoke CraftFeed directly from the connected platform's apps and business integrations settings.

Request deletion from CraftFeed

Email info@craftfeed.site from the address associated with your CraftFeed account. Use the subject CraftFeed Data Deletion Request and include:

• Your CraftFeed account email address.
• The workspace name.
• The connected provider and account or Page name, if applicable.
• Whether you request deletion of a connection, your user account, or the entire workspace.

We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data to protect the account from unauthorized requests.

What happens next

After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible data and confirm completion by email. Security, audit, billing, or legal records may be retained only where necessary and then removed according to the applicable retention period.
