1. Who operates CraftFeed

CraftFeed operates CraftFeed. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to info@craftfeed.site.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following information when you use CraftFeed:

• Account information such as your name, email address, workspace membership, role, and security-session data.
• Social platform identifiers and profile information returned through official OAuth flows.
• Facebook Page, Instagram, Threads, or X account information that you explicitly authorize and select.
• Access tokens, permission status, token expiry, connection health, and synchronization results.
• Posts, captions, links, media, schedules, publication results, and other content you submit.
• Technical and security information such as IP address, browser user agent, audit events, and error diagnostics.

CraftFeed does not request or store your Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or X password. We do not use cookies exported from social platforms, scraping, or browser automation to access your accounts.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, maintain workspaces, connect authorized social accounts, list and synchronize selected assets, prepare and publish content, show connection health, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Social platform data

Social account access is obtained through the platform's official authorization process. CraftFeed only requests access needed for features you choose to use. You can disconnect an account from CraftFeed or revoke access from the social platform at any time.

Use of information received from Meta APIs is subject to Meta's applicable platform terms and policies.

5. Storage and security

Access tokens and configured application secrets are encrypted at rest. CraftFeed applies authorization checks, workspace isolation, audit logging, and other safeguards intended to prevent unauthorized access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure, storage, email, monitoring, and social platform providers only as needed to operate CraftFeed. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect users and the service.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account or workspace remains active and as needed for security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Disconnected social tokens are invalidated or replaced with non-usable discard markers. You may request deletion by following our Data Deletion Instructions.

8. Your choices

You may disconnect social accounts, revoke platform permissions, request access or correction, and request deletion of eligible information. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, security, or law.

9. Children

CraftFeed is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children under 13.

10. Policy updates

We may update this policy as CraftFeed and legal requirements change. The effective date shown above identifies the latest published version.
