Terms of Service
These terms govern access to CraftFeed and the content-publishing tools made available through the service.

By accessing CraftFeed, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use CraftFeed for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Accounts and authorization
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account. You may connect only social accounts and business assets that you are authorized to manage.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use CraftFeed to violate laws, platform policies, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or security controls. You must not distribute malware, spam, deceptive content, or attempt unauthorized access to another workspace or social account.
4. Your content
You retain responsibility for content you submit and publish. You grant CraftFeed the limited permission needed to store, process, schedule, and transmit that content according to your instructions.
5. Third-party platforms
Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, and other connected services are operated by third parties. Their availability, permissions, review requirements, limits, and policies are outside our control. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms.
6. Service availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Scheduled publication can be affected by queues, network availability, token expiry, platform outages, and third-party API limits.
7. Disclaimers and liability
CraftFeed is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. CraftFeed is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, rejected publications, lost reach, or indirect losses arising from unavailable integrations.
8. Termination and deletion
You may stop using CraftFeed and request deletion according to our Data Deletion Instructions. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service, users, or comply with law.
